Factors such as the number of fish, size, season and water temperature determine the amount of feed required for the healthy growth of fish. In general, the following guidelines apply: No feeding in winter; 1 feeding per day in late autumn and early spring; 2 feedings per day in mild autumn and spring. Feed 2-4 times a day in summer.
